Our facilities are located in Torre de las Arcas, at an altitude of 1,000 meters above sea level, in the heart of the mountains of Teruel, in the county of Las Cuencas Mineras.
The town is nestled in a small valley in the foothills of the Iberian mountain range, grooved by the Cabra River, a tributary of the Martín River, both of which generate riverside woodland. The Martín River acts as a biological corridor between the Iberian mountains and the Ebro valley. Part of the area of Torre de Arcas is included in this SCI. The landscape contains everything from maritime pine forests to kermes and holm oak forests and shrubs of rosemary and thorny broom.
The zone is one of the least populated areas in Europe and thus the impact of human activity is minimal.
This zone provides optimal conditions for growing truffles and a diverse range of mushrooms and fungi.
